Dr. Nayana Rao is a dynamic Ayurveda Consultant, graduated from Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Bangalore, India. She is now a world renowned expert of Ayurveda and Yoga in her own right. She has been practicing and teaching Yoga from 20 years and has focused on the integration of Ayurveda and Yoga since then. She is involved in active global practice. Dr. Nayana and Dr. Sreedhar form a dedicated team who has ventured into visualizing and implementing global Ayurveda projects. They are devoted to Ayurveda in the areas of education, practice, promotion and research. They have been working on several research projects. They are working with a sole aim to bring Ayurveda close to the mainstream medicine. Dr. Rao couple has been working hard to make Ayurveda globally available.
